Job description
For a chemical company in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen we are looking for an experienced Turnaround Planner Mechanical/Static.
As a Turnaround Planner Mechanical/Static, you will be part of the turnaround team and responsible for preparing and coordinating maintenance and project activities during major shutdowns. You ensure that all work is executed on time, safely, and efficiently, and act as a link between execution, contractors, and engineering.

• Inspecting work in the plant and assessing scope and risks
• Preparing detailed work packages including materials, manhours, and safety measures
• Creating assignments for contractors/vendors through SAP
• Coordinating planning and aligning with other disciplines
• Monitoring progress of activities in the plant
• Participating in daily meetings and reporting status and deviations
• Supporting commissioning and handover after execution
Your qualifications
• Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with turnaround or shutdown activities within the (petro)chemical or mining industry
• Knowledge of static equipment (tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping systems)
• Experience with SAP/PM
• Strong ability to set priorities and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment
• Team player with responsibility and good communication skills
• VCA-VOL required.
