For one of our customers we are in search for a Administrative Assistant 32-40h.
Provide a wide variety of professional administrative support under limited direction to leaders, colleagues or groups in the organization.
Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, ordering food/drink, and managing the visitor process.
May attend meetings to assist with presenting materials or taking notes.
Ensures communications flow properly utilizing knowledge of business / function’s organization structure and overall processes.
Takes ownership in their work.
Demonstrates comfort and skill when using technology.
Arranges domestic and international business travel and prepares travel itinerary. Books flights, cars, makes hotel and restaurant reservations.
Schedules meetings and receives meeting notices for manager.

SHE Supervisor
Discipline(s): Safety - Region: (B) Antwerpen - Education: MBO/TSO - Experience: 8-15 years, 15+ years
For our client in Antwerp we are hiring a HSE Supervisor.
Guaranteeing quality, safety and environmental aspects during the project by, among other things, conducting safety rounds.
Coördinating, advising and encouraging safety during the work.
Identifying, analyzing and evaluating HSE risks, including based on analyzes of incidents, accidents and near-misses.
Checking and managing work permits.
Providing solicited and unsolicited advice in the areas of safety, health and the environment.
Making and giving toolboxes.
Preparing various reports.
Attend and participate in safety meeting.
Participate audits related to the SHE discipline of the contractors and support audits from outside parties.

Reliability Engineer

For our client in the province of Zeeland we are hiring a Reliability Engineer.
You are responsible for improving the reliability of:
Equipment: including implementing existing reliability programs for pumps, compressors and packaging installations and improving the failure-free interval of pumps through workshops and route course analyzes and optimizing the management process for pump seals and laser alignment.
Mechanical Integrity: you will oversee the use of the Risk Based Inspection software tool, specifically for pipeline inspections and improve existing inspection and repair programs for other fixed equipment.
You are expected to be in contact with colleagues involved with a high degree of independence and to provide the right information to study crucial components and advise on them.

Process Engineer
Discipline(s): Process - Region: (NL) Zeeland - Education: Bachelor - Experience: 3-8 years, 8-15 years
For our client in the province of Zeeland we are hiring a Process Engineer.
As member of a highly skilled multidisciplinary engineering team you will be responsible for leading technical efforts for supporting the manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct development activities including the process design package / design of new equipment and the establishment including commissioning.
Support technical bid evaluation and vendor clarification meetings.
Lead projects to implement changes to process and equipment to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Facilitate or support root cause analysis of process upsets, equipment failures to identify & implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Participate in cross functional problem-solving and improvement teams at the department and division level.
Maintain and update relevant Process documentation (e.g. drawings, ATEX Hazardous area reports and P&ID’s).
Provide expertise to scope reviews, HAZOPs, alarm reviews, safety audits and investigation teams as required.
