Job description
For our client in Zeeland we are looking for a Project Manager.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the team of our client in region Zeeuws-Vlaanderen.
In this role, you will play a central part in managing engineering support and small-scale projects that are often tied to critical operations and planned turnarounds.
You will lead cross-functional teams across all project phases—from Front-End Loading and Design to Procurement, Construction, and Start-up. Your ability to manage internal and external interfaces and drive progress through clear communication and strategic alignment will be essential to your success.
Your Key Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams while ensuring accountability and adherence to established work processes.
• Align project schedules with operational and business needs, tracking milestones and progress.
• Develop and implement EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) and execution plans to achieve defined goals.
• Ensure a smooth handover of completed projects to Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Communicate project status and updates clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and high performance.
• Monitor the execution of engineering support tasks and small projects within the site.
• Allocate resources effectively and maintain close coordination with key representatives and stakeholders.
Your qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Professional experience in project management, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects across all key phases.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing internal/external interfaces.
• SAP is preferable
