Job description
For our client in Antwerp we are hiring a Piping Test package Coordinator.
You are responsible for coordinating, preparing, and following up on test packages for piping systems during the construction and pre-commissioning phase of a project. This includes:

Coordination of the testing process:
Readiness check:
Documentation and traceability:
Support during inspections:
Preparation of test packages:
• Compiling all necessary documents for the testing of piping systems (isometric drawings, test plans, weld lists, material take-offs, etc.).
• Determining which piping lines belong together in a test package.
Coordination of the testing process:
• Aligning with construction, quality control (QC), commissioning, and HSE.
• Planning hydrostatic tests, pneumatic tests, or other testing methods.
• Ensuring tests comply with project standards and codes (such as ASME B31.3).
Readiness check:
• Ensuring the piping is fully installed, welded, flushed, and inspected before testing.
• Verifying that all required NDT (non-destructive testing) has been performed.
Documentation and traceability:
• Ensuring complete and accurate documentation for each test package.
• Contributing to the as-built dossier or turnover dossier for the client or commissioning team.
Support during inspections:
• Being present during tests with QA/QC, the client, or third parties.
• Signing off on tests and documentation where necessary.
Your qualifications
• Technical background (mechanical engineering, piping engineering, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of piping systems, welding techniques, and testing methods.
• Familiarity with international standards (ASME, API, ISO).
• Experience with QA/QC processes.
• Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and document management systems.
