Voor onze opdrachtgever in de regio van Brussel, zoeken wij een IT System Engineer.
Role Overview
Core Competencies
• Serve as Input Output Control Engineer, responsible for the technical management of inbound and outbound document flows
• Oversee and optimize document-related processes and technical solutions, including:
• Mass document production systems
• Publication and distribution workflows
• Sorting, scanning, and forwarding solutions for incoming documents
• Archiving and storage solutions
• Ensure operational efficiency and reliability across all document handling processes
• Active knowledge of at least one national language (Dutch or French) is required
• On-site presence of at least two days per week at the designated location is mandatory
Core Competencies
• Project management: able to coordinate and deliver initiatives effectively
• Meeting facilitation: skilled at leading and structuring discussions and workshops
• Assertiveness: confident in communication and decision-making while maintaining professionalism
Your qualifications
Technical Skills Overview• Linux: Proven and confident user with solid hands-on experience
• PHP: Proficient in development and scripting; strong practical background
• Rundeck: Junior-level familiarity with job automation and orchestration tools
• Scriptura: Expert-level knowledge and experience with document composition and output management
• SQL: Competent in database querying, optimization, and management
• Windows: Strong operational knowledge across various system administration tasks
Languages
• Englisch: Active knowlegde
• Dutch: Passive knowlegde
• French: Passive knowlegde
