Voor onze opdrachtgever in de omgeving Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Data Architect CISO ( Security, Data & Reporting).

Join our Global Cybersecurity Architecture team and play a key role in designing secure, future-proof data solutions that support cybersecurity visibility and risk reduction across the organization.
We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to help shape the cybersecurity data landscape. Your mission will be to define and build a robust data model and architecture that gives the CISO team insight into ING’s global cybersecurity posture and progress. You’ll be working cross-functionally with teams in IT, risk, compliance, and legal to implement scalable, compliant, and secure data solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Your mission will be to define and build a robust data model and architecture that gives the CISO team insight into ING’s global cybersecurity posture and progress. You’ll be working cross-functionally with teams in IT, risk, compliance, and legal to implement scalable, compliant, and secure data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and maintain a comprehensive data model aligned with the CISO data vision
• Design and implement scalable data architectures and reporting platforms
• Align all architecture work with global technology strategies and security standards
• Conduct architectural assessments, PoCs, and provide solution options
• Work closely with IT, security, risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure business and regulatory alignment
• Facilitate architectural governance and maintain integrity of data platforms
• Stay current with trends in cybersecurity, data security, and architecture best practices
Your qualifications
We're looking for a technically strong and communicative architect with a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in complex enterprise data environments.Your Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in architecture or similar roles within complex IT environments
• Strong expertise in data modeling, platform architecture, and data design
• Knowledge of architectural patterns such as Domain Driven Design
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in agile teams and across cross-functional domains
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is an asset
