Are you an experienced and passionate engineer who thrives at the intersection of data and leadership? We’re looking for a Chapter Lead to guide our Big Data Cloud engineers and help elevate our Cloudera-based data platforms to new levels of excellence. You’ll play a key role in defining how next-generation analytics capabilities are delivered within our hybrid cloud environment, while fostering a strong engineering culture centered on learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Leadership (60%)

✅ Ensure team alignment with product goals and stakeholder expectations
✅ Promote craftsmanship, psychological safety, and technical excellence
🔹 Technical Delivery (40%)
✅ Improve and maintain automation scripts using Ansible
✅ Support the CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
