Warehouse supervisors
The Warehouse Supervisor takes care of the daily management of the employees in the warehouse and is responsible for his / her team on different fronts.
The duties of a Warehouse Supervisor include:
- Ensuring compliance with house rules, that everyone works in a clean, tidy and orderly way and that no dangerous situations arise;
- Being the first contact point for both customer and employee in all areas;
- Being an extension of the management, and communicating decisions to his/her team members.
- Being partly responsible for the departmental targets, achieving production goals but above all ensuring quality.
