Construction managers
The construction manager is responsible for optimal project efficiency in terms of materials and personnel and for the safety of the project.
The duties of a construction manager may include:
- Keeping track of project administration in a correct and timely manner and continuously looking for improvement in the work processes.
- In cooperation with our Engineers, Work Preparation, Purchasing Department and Project Managers, gathering enough information to implement the project well, safely and within budget.
- Realising the established targets in the areas of security and finance.
- Signalising, making an inventory and discussing changes in workload in relation to the original assignment.
- Ensuring quality, safety and environmental policy.
- Acquiring the necessary people, materials and equipment, as well as taking care of the necessary permits.
