Contract engineers
The Contract Engineer is responsible for the contractual settlement of customised and engineered products.
The duties of a Contract Engineer may include:
- Management of multiple orders / projects from receipt of order to delivery;
- Reviewing detailed specifications and clients’ contractual terms;
- Definition and realisation of the bills of material (BOMs);
- Management of drawings and documents;
- Ordering and compilation of the documents;
- Management of project planning and follow-up to all parties involved;
- Follow-up of the manufacture of the products;
- Budget management;
- Final delivery to customers including purchasing and documentation.
