As the Interim System Integration Lead for Plans & Arrangements and Mechanical, you will oversee the integration of various systems in large-scale naval projects, ensuring alignment between different technical disciplines. Your role will involve coordinating teams across multiple sectors and managing crucial Verification & Validation processes to ensure subcontracted work is delivered to the highest standards and within the set timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-depth Verification & Validation documentation to support the integration process.
Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team of engineers and technical experts.
Ensure mechanical systems are integrated smoothly and meet all specifications.
Oversee the review and approval process for client documentation.
Lead design reviews, manage technical escalations, and ensure compliance with standards.
Organize and supervise Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Harbor Acceptance Tests (HAT), and Sea Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Act as the technical authority on system integration, ensuring the flawless execution of all processes.
Je profiel
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Shipbuilding, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in shipbuilding, offshore industries, or a similar technical field.
In-depth knowledge of Plans & Arrangements, Outfitting, Interior & Deck, and Structures.
Proven experience in leading complex engineering projects with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of system integration.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage.
Excellent references, as a pre-assignment security check will be conducted.
Permanent EU citizenship and passport are essential.
Candidates holding an EU (work) visa or non-EU nationality are not eligible due to project-specific military regulations.
