Senior Integrated Project Planner

A leading organization is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Planner to oversee the comprehensive construction process of naval vessels. The creation of a modern naval ship involves intricate planning, encompassing tens of thousands of tasks and numerous interdependencies. Your resource-loaded project schedule, developed using Primavera P6, will serve as a roadmap from initial concept and design through to production and commissioning. Your planning efforts will contribute significantly to the construction of our most esteemed assets: naval ships.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers, Team Leaders, and subcontractors to establish a baseline project plan.

Monitor and evaluate operational plans to pinpoint delays and identify potential bottlenecks.

Drive improvement initiatives to address challenges that arise during specific project phases.

Create comprehensive overviews of progress status and forecast hour requirements.

Assemble project data for planning across multiple projects within the portfolio.

Lead the logistics team to ensure all project demands are effectively met.

Participate in discussions and negotiations regarding import and export regulations, incoterms, and other customs-related matters as necessary.

Je profiel

More than 5 years of experience in planning large and complex technical projects.

Strong expertise with Primavera P6 or MS Projects.

Proficient in Earned Value Management methodologies.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field.

Experience with reporting tools (such as PowerBI) and ERP systems (like SAP) is advantageous.

Strong references are required, as a pre-employment security screening is a standard part of the hiring process.

Permanent EU citizenship and a valid passport are mandatory. Candidates with an EU work visa or those holding both EU and non-EU nationality/passport will not be considered due to the specific requirements related to the military nature of our projects.
