For our client we are in search for a E&I Construction Supervision Temporary Facilities for a prestigious project.
Site supervision will be part of the job, to monitor temporary electrical installations.
Assist the NOBO and pre-inspect installation and documentation.
You will actively participate in internal and external meetings.
You will have contact with other departments within the project to ensure that the design meets the expectation of these departments.
Support the Construction Manager for all electrical construction matters.
Supervise (sub)contractors.
Prepare and issue permit to work.
Pro-active in SHE matters.
Assist the commercial team for electrical matters.

Subcontract Manager

For our client in Vlissingen we are hiring a Subcontract Manager.
As a Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of subcontracting within assigned contracts for large-scale shipbuilding projects. You will contribute your expertise during the selection and negotiation process and lead the management of subcontractors to ensure project components are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for client collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers during both project preparation and execution, with a focus on short- and medium-term objectives.
Ensure compliance with all requirements and specifications, manage the change process, and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors.
Oversee integration activities and ensure all project deliverables and obligations are met within the established timelines.
Actively participate in reviews and milestones such as FAT, HAT, and SAT to ensure quality and compliance are achieved.
Support evaluations and analyses to facilitate project planning and execution.

QC Inspector- Civil & Steel Structure

For our client in Antwerp we are hiring a QC Inspector-Civil & Steel Structure.
Review and comment on Subcontractor procedures and Inspection & test plans.
Perform witness, inspection & surveillance checks and continually assess Subcontractor QC performance.
Ensure the quality of the work in accordance with the Construction Site Quality Plan, approved ITPs, and procedures within assigned areas.
Ensure that all inspection activities are recorded in the appropriate records.
Monitor Subcontractors QC resource levels to achieve quality standards according to agreed ratio.
Identify and document Subcontractor and Supplier quality deficiencies and initiate non-conformance process as required.
Record deficiencies and/or incomplete works on punch items and liaise with supervisor/ superintendent to expedite necessary rectification.
Maintain close liaison with discipline supervisors to coordinate filed inspections.
Make sure that materials used are in accordance with project technical documents and applicable codes and specifications.
Support QC/ turnover team for collecting relevant QC records.

Workpreparator - Field Supervisor E&I Belgium / UK

For our client we are in search for a Workpreparator - Field Supervisor E&I for a prestigious project
Accountable for the preparation, quality and delivery of all information required for their allocated work packs within the agreed milestones.
Prepare job sketches (or drawings if possible) that clearly identify the scope and materials. Where required these may also incorporate any specific field construction instructions including fabrication, site run and supports.
Ensure all inspection and operations requirements including agreed isolations are incorporated.
Preparation of SIP (scaffold, insulation or painting) requests that are detailed and clear.
Prepare bills of material (BoM) that are correct and accurate – check against approved pipe and/or valve specifications. Clearly identify direct purchase materials or contractor supplied (e.g. consumable)
Prepare the Job breakdown identifying all 3rd party requirements and resources hours using agreed norms or estimates.
Identify any long lead or special items to the appropriate discipline engineer for approval.
During the preparations phase, take a leading role in developing construction methodologies and schedules which deliver the scope within the system windows. Consider any other scopes, simultaneous operations or SHE/permit requirements to prepare robust and tested plans with the planning team.
During the commissioning execution phase, move into a supervisory role and lead the work in the field, coordinating resources, materials, permits and everything necessary to complete the work on time, in budget, to the design intent and to the required HSE and quality standards.
