Job description
As an IT PLM Teamcenter DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management (CM) solutions. Working within the PLM Platform Agile Release Train (ART) in the IT PLM department, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and availability of Teamcenter Release Management services through automation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the CM/CI/CD solutions to optimize Teamcenter services.
Automate and enhance the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Teamcenter using Siemens Deployment Center.
Manage and support Teamcenter tooling, including installation, upgrades, and maintenance in a high-tech development environment.
Support Functions:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and operation of PLM solutions.
Configure and set up code quality analysis tools such as SonarQube.
Management & Leadership:
Identify bottlenecks in processes and drive improvements to enhance service delivery.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability in implementing PLM DevOps initiatives.
Process & Improvement:
Implement best practices in DevOps and CI/CD tooling, including Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, and Artifactory.
Drive process documentation and promote innovative solutions for continuous improvement in PLM environments.
Additional Duties:
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in PLM, DevOps, and CI/CD tooling to ensure the continual enhancement of PLM solutions.

Your qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in PLM, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
Skills & Experience:
3-5+ years of experience with Teamcenter tooling in a complex, high-tech development environment.
Proven experience with Teamcenter Deployment Center for deployment and upgrades.
Strong background in DevOps and CI/CD tooling, including Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, and Artifactory.
Experience with XML, YAML configuration languages, and scripting languages such as Perl, PowerShell, or Python.
Experience with Microsoft Azure VMware Solution.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter administration, installation, configuration, and lifecycle management.
Proficiency in setting up and configuring CI/CD pipelines and code quality analysis tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills with a result-driven mindset.
Ability to identify and address bottlenecks proactively.
Strong communication skills, fluent in English (both verbal and written).
Enthusiastic team player who can thrive in an Agile environment.
