Are you excited about structural analysis and want to contribute to pioneering projects? We are looking for a Foundation Design Analyst to become a key member of our Naval & Structural team. In this position, you will play a vital role in the detailed engineering that ensures the durability and strength of the vessels we build.

Key Responsibilities

Designing and analyzing structural foundation solutions that meet the highest standards for strength, stiffness, and vibration resistance.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, client-specific solutions.
Ensuring that structural designs are optimized for cost-effectiveness, ease of production, and long-term maintainability.
Collaborating with FEM engineers to verify and improve designs as required.
Delivering high-quality engineering results on time and within budget, while maintaining stringent quality standards.
Reviewing proposals from vendors and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance and smooth integration into ship designs.
Ensuring all designs meet the relevant regulations and client specifications.
Integrating supplier components into cohesive and innovative ship designs.

Your qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Solid experience working with ship structures, particularly in shipbuilding or the offshore industry (preferred).
Familiarity with ship class calculations and tools like DNV-GL Nauticus Hull, LR-SSC, or BV MARS2000 is a plus.
A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving, attention to detail, and efficiency.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working in a multidisciplinary team.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Excellent references are required, as a security screening is part of the hiring process.
Permanent EU citizenship and a valid passport are mandatory. Candidates with EU (work) visas or non-EU nationalities/passports are not eligible due to the security requirements of the projects.
