Job description
Assist the facility Manager with monitoring the installation, maintenance and operation of the temporary accommodations and other facilities.
Support in monitoring the maintenance tasks performed on the temporary installations under the responsibility of the Facility team.
Issuing and receiving keys in our Facility office on behalf of the Facility team.
Perform control rounds through all temporary facilities onsite and report to the Facility team.
Being able to prepare and issue the PTW.
Control & planning of technical installations (Air handling units, split units, fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, water pumps, etc)
Follow-up of maintenance plans (Legionelle, pest control, etc)
Support and assist the Facility team for all matters related to temporary facilities, temporary accommodation, general services, and logistics.
Ensure that all HSSE (health, safety, security and environmental) and sustainability policies, procedures and legislation are adhered to.
Your qualifications
Languages: English and Dutch compulsory
Experience: minimum 10 years’ experience in the (petro-) chemical sector.
In possession of a valid driver’s licence and a valid VCA-VOL certificate.
