In this position, you will be directly involved in the technical realization of construction-related scopes. From structural design and 3D modeling to regulatory compliance and production support, you will help ensure every yacht is not only beautiful but also structurally sound and buildable. You will act as a bridge between design and production—ensuring what is engineered can be built efficiently and to spec. Your work will directly support both the digital design phase and the physical realization on the production floor.

Develop detailed construction plans, technical drawings, and 3D models tailored for complex yacht structures.
Ensure all structural components meet the latest Class, Flag, and project-specific regulations.
Conduct feasibility and manufacturability assessments of your designs to support seamless production.
Proactively identify engineering challenges and offer well-reasoned, practical solutions.
Collaborate closely with fellow engineers, project managers, and production teams to maintain quality and timelines.
Your qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience in shipbuilding, preferably in structural engineering.
Advanced skills in 3D AutoCAD, with additional experience in Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and Cadmatic being a strong advantage.
Solid command of English, both spoken and written.
A deep understanding of shipbuilding methods, especially in the area of structural design and construction processes.
Proven experience with hull engineering, exterior outfitting, integration of mechanical systems, and moving equipment.
Familiarity with FEM analysis, stress calculations, weight estimation, and budgeting.
Excellent technical insight into how design decisions impact manufacturability and performance.
A meticulous and analytical mindset, paired with a drive for precision and top-tier engineering results.
