Customer Service coordinators
The Customer Service Coordinator is sometimes in charge of a customer service representative and is the permanent contact point for commercial customers.
The duties of a Customer Service Coordinator may include:
- Ensuring that the comprehensive operational and organisational conditions are complied with for the timely and correct delivery of our client’s integrated total solution;
- Being responsible for the total customer order and having a leading role in overall client liaison, client input and sales. The customer service coordinator has a coordinating role for all suppliers, both internally and externally;
- Maintaining (telephone) contact with clients, ensuring tailor-made solutions and informing clients proactively about the status of their product or service. In addition, the customer service coordinator completes the automated systems and keeps them up-to-date;
- The Customer Service Coordinator also takes care of achieving the KPIs and keeping work instructions, work processes and workflows up-to-date.
