Shutdown planners
The Shutdown Planner is responsible for realising an up-to-date shutdown plan in which he works closely with the Project Manager or Project Director.
The tasks of a Shutdown Planner are:
- Drafting a network plan;
- Controlling the technical coherence of the project;
- Creating Progress Reports in support of the Project Manager;
- Conducting risk analyses through, for example, Primavera Risk Analysis;
- controlling the time, resources and costs aspects.
