Maintenance coordinators

The duties of a Maintenance Coordinator include:

  • The day-to-day coordination of operations and operational management of in-house and third-party technicians;
  • Active participation in technical projects and investment applications;
  • Ensuring timely and correct compliance with the maintenance schedule;
  • Drawing up and analysing reports, overviews, etc. with regard to the functioning of devices and installations;
  • Effective work planning and prioritisation of malfunction follow-ups based on the maintenance programme and malfunction alerts;
  • Discussing purchasing issues / malfunctions etc. with suppliers;
  • Coordination of statutory obligations (F-gases, NEN, Boilers, etc.);
  • Taking care of technical contract management with contractors.
