Maintenance coordinators
The duties of a Maintenance Coordinator include:
- The day-to-day coordination of operations and operational management of in-house and third-party technicians;
- Active participation in technical projects and investment applications;
- Ensuring timely and correct compliance with the maintenance schedule;
- Drawing up and analysing reports, overviews, etc. with regard to the functioning of devices and installations;
- Effective work planning and prioritisation of malfunction follow-ups based on the maintenance programme and malfunction alerts;
- Discussing purchasing issues / malfunctions etc. with suppliers;
- Coordination of statutory obligations (F-gases, NEN, Boilers, etc.);
- Taking care of technical contract management with contractors.
