Key Responsibilities

Acting as a technical authority, offering essential insights and solutions for intricate projects across research, proposals, and engineering.

Assisting in design evaluations and validation tests to guarantee compliance with project requirements and specifications.

Contributing significantly to the advancement and promotion of your field of expertise, encouraging innovation and ongoing improvement.

Producing high-quality engineering outputs within set timelines while adhering strictly to all relevant standards.

Leading continuous improvement initiatives within the department to enhance tools, processes, and knowledge sharing.

Je profiel

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, along with at least five years of hands-on experience.

Expertise in power generation, conversion, energy storage, and electrical distribution systems within complex project settings, especially in naval or offshore environments.

An understanding of maritime system dynamics and control systems is a plus.

Experience in academic research and collaboration with research institutions, universities, and industry partners is desirable.

Proficiency in both Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
