For our client in the province of Zeeland we are hiring a Reliability Engineer.
You are responsible for improving the reliability of:
• Equipment: including implementing existing reliability programs for pumps, compressors and packaging installations and improving the failure-free interval of pumps through workshops and route course analyzes and optimizing the management process for pump seals and laser alignment.
• Mechanical Integrity: you will oversee the use of the Risk Based Inspection software tool, specifically for pipeline inspections and improve existing inspection and repair programs for other fixed equipment.
• You are expected to be in contact with colleagues involved with a high degree of independence and to provide the right information to study crucial components and advise on them.
Je profiel
• You have an education at Bachelor or Master level, focused on mechanical engineering and/or electrical engineering and/or process engineering and preferably supplemented with proven experience in the field of reliability.
• You are highly qualified in the field of data analysis.
• Certificates in the field of reliability, such as CRE and CMRP and other professional technical diplomas are an advantage.
• Several years of experience in chemistry or a production environment
• Experience with ASME B31.3, ASME BPVC, NBIC and API 653 is a plus.
• You speak and write both the Dutch as well as the English language
• You are able to express ideas clearly and concisely.
