For our client in Antwerp we are looking for a Piping Test Pack Coordinator.
For a major industrial construction project in Antwerp, we are looking for a Piping Test Pack Coordinator.
Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, you will coordinate piping test-pack documentation and pressure-testing workflows, working closely with subcontractors, project engineers, quality teams and the Notified Body (NoBo).
Your responsibilities will include:
Reporting to the Site Quality Manager, you will coordinate piping test-pack documentation and pressure-testing workflows, working closely with subcontractors, project engineers, quality teams and the Notified Body (NoBo).
Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinate test-pack workflows between project teams, subcontractors and the NoBo.
• Agree test-pack schedules and follow up outstanding input and actions.
• Track the receipt and release of piping test-pack folders.
• Check that test-pack contents comply with project procedures.
• Verify test types and test pressures recorded in pressure-test reports.
• Coordinate with project engineers to maintain P&IDs showing test-package boundaries.
• Ensure punch items are correctly categorised and tracked.
• Collect and index inspection and quality records to support phased acceptance and handover.
• Identify documentation deficiencies and coordinate their resolution with the QC Manager and Turnover Coordinator.
• Maintain the completions and turnover database, including quality records and punch items.
• Review engineering input and follow up discrepancies.
• Monitor quality-pack completion and highlight risks to handover milestones.
• Prepare weekly progress and status reports for planning and project management.
Je profiel
We are looking for someone with:• A solid technical background in piping.
• Proven experience coordinating piping test packs and pressure-test execution.
• Familiarity with completions and turnover management processes.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, filtering and sorting.
• Experience manipulating and importing data.
• The ability to interpret P&IDs and identify test-package boundaries.
• Strong documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
