Voor onze opdrachtgever in de omgeving Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Architecture - Practice Lead Processes.
Are you a seasoned enterprise technologist ready to shape the strategic direction of one of the most dynamic digital transformation environments in the financial sector? This role gives you the opportunity to influence business strategy, drive architectural governance, and orchestrate enterprise-wide process improvements. You’ll work at the heart of a global architecture team, helping to build a secure, scalable, and future-proof digital platform.
As an Enterprise Architecture Practice Lead, you will lead the coordination, optimization, and implementation of architecture practices, frameworks, and governance models. This cross-functional role requires deep collaboration across engineering, portfolio management, change, finance, and risk to ensure architectural alignment with business goals.
You’ll work closely with senior architects and leadership teams to embed structured, efficient, and scalable architectural processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Coordinate with departments such as Change, Portfolio, Risk, Finance, Strategy, and Engineering to align architecture with enterprise processes
✅ Define, implement, and continuously optimize architecture-related processes and workflows
✅ Monitor the performance of architecture practices and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
✅ Develop and maintain accessible, comprehensive documentation of all architecture practices
✅ Facilitate workshops and training for architects and key stakeholders to improve understanding and adoption of EA processes
✅ Establish clear governance structures to support architectural consistency and compliance
✅ Develop and embed roadmapping standards and lifecycle planning frameworks
✅ Orchestrate the architecture portfolio by ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient allocation of resources
✅ Promote collaboration across architecture domains to support knowledge sharing and capability development

With strong facilitation and communication skills, you enable teams to work smarter and deliver better outcomes at scale.Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience leading or coordinating enterprise architecture practices
• Deep understanding of EA frameworks and roadmapping methods
• Experience in process design, optimization, and performance monitoring
• Familiarity with architecture governance models in agile and hybrid environments
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse business and technical teams
• Hands-on experience facilitating architecture boards, governance forums, and capability planning
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline

• Salary range: €6.176 – €9.871 per month (based on experience)
• 24–27 vacation days depending on contract
