For our client in Vlissingen we are hiring a Systems Engineer Marine Systems - Systems Architect.

Vacature omschrijving We are seeking an experienced interim Systems Engineer for Marine Systems and Systems Architecture to take the lead in the development of mechanical marine systems. This role requires a solid background in shipbuilding or similar industries and will be crucial in delivering large-scale projects.

As an interim Systems Engineer Marine Systems - Systems Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring project processes meet contractual and regulatory requirements, overseeing design and engineering deliverables, and maintaining design integrity. Your role will involve coordinating teams, promoting collaboration, and ensuring that high-level functional and technical requirements are met.

In this position, you will lead interdisciplinary design reviews, verify engineering documentation, and drive technical excellence through effective requirement management and the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate technical requirements related to the integration of marine systems, products, and processes.

Ensure compliance of engineering documents with technical standards, ensuring requirements are traceable to contracts.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver optimal solutions that align with project objectives.

Oversee reviews with customers and classification bodies, addressing their feedback and achieving alignment on requirements.

Contribute to design verification and system testing, including FAT, HAT, and SAT processes.

Participate in milestone meetings and ensure timely delivery of project milestones with adherence to schedule and quality standards.

Expedite internal and external project contributions, ensuring the delivery of engineering documentation on time.

QC Inspector Piping

For one of our customers we are in search for a QC Inspector Piping.

Vacature omschrijving

Performing visual inspection of piping installation, including verifying piping material identity (pipe, valves, and fittings) and its conformance to the installation drawings

Verifying that welding inspection has been performed and joints have been released

Ensuring dimensions and alignment tolerances of the piping systems are as per construction specifications

Conducting in-process surveillance to verify compliance with specified piping erection procedures, including flange alignments, torquing, cleanliness, etc.

Performing piping walkdown inspections and completing punch lists; verifying that punch list items have been addressed in accordance with contractual arrangements

Reviewing and verifying the completeness of piping test packages (hydro or pneumatic) prior to testing Witnessing final piping tests

Completing and endorsing all inspection records from initial inspection to final acceptance of the piping systems

Maintaining an interface with the client to ensure all contractual and code requirements are met regarding the inspection scope

Voor een van onze klanten in de regio Zuid-Holland zijn wij op zoek naar een Veiligheidskundige (PA2).

Vacature omschrijving Voor een van onze klanten in de regio Antwerpen zoeken wij een Veiligheidskundige die ervaring heeft met het fieldwerk en affiniteit heeft met isolatie.

De taken zullen o.a. bestaan uit:

Toezien op veilig werken en gebruik PBM’s.

Communiceren met eigen medewerkers en met overige contractoren en de klant.

Rapporteren in bepaalde situaties en zorgen voor goede correcte verslaglegging en traceerbaarheid van gegevens.

Toezien op veilig werken maar zeker ook het verhogen van het veiligheidsbewustzijn bij medewerkers.

Risico's opsporen en deze signaleren vóórdat zij kunnen leiden tot ongelukken of verzuim.

For our client in Vlissingen we are hiring a Team Lead Automation.

Vacature omschrijving As the Team Lead for Automation, you will oversee the engineering efforts related to automation within our naval shipbuilding projects. Your responsibilities will begin in the proposal phase, where you'll be tasked with structuring the project’s work breakdown and planning. Leading a team of Automation Engineers, you will guide them through the project’s execution to ensure high-quality and timely engineering deliverables. Throughout the project, you will report directly to the Project Manager Engineering and will be accountable for maintaining the desired quality and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

As the Team Lead for Automation, your key duties will include:

Leading a team of Electrical & Automation engineers.

Providing guidance and coaching to ensure compliance with internal standards.

Creating work breakdown structures and assigning budgets.

Ensuring timely delivery of engineering outputs to the Project Manager Engineering.

Managing relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure on-time contributions.

Coordinating design checks and reviews to guarantee quality assurance.

Assessing the technical performance of vendors and subcontractors.

Collaborating with the Purchase department to analyze and evaluate technical offers.

Monitoring the man-hour budget and reporting project progress.

Overseeing technical support and commissioning activities.

Ensuring adherence to class and customer requirements.
