Voor onze klant in Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een E3D Developer

Vacature omschrijving Onze klant host een 3D-omgeving waar levenscyclusmodellen worden opgeslagen en door engineering worden gebruikt om projecten uit te voeren in zowel green- als brownfield-projecten. Een admin-team verzorgt de projectopzet, de gegevensuitwisseling met externe partners en de projectafsluiting na voltooiing van het project. Het admin-team biedt ondersteuning aan ontwerpers, disciplineleads en externe partners met betrekking tot het juiste gebruik van de omgeving, het oplossen van problemen en het verbeteren van de workflow.

Voor dit team zijn wij op zoek naar een kandidaat die de rol van E3D ontwikkelaar wil vervullen.

De kandidaat werkt onder supervisie van de 3D-teamleider die de werklast prioriteert en de algemene strategie van de 3D-tools bepaalt. De kandidaat ondersteunt de 3D Lead bij het ontwikkelen van deze strategie en ondersteunt het huidige admin-team bij het oplossen van technische problemen. Hij/zij zal tevens fungeren als tweedelijnsondersteuning voor ontwerpers bij technische problemen.

Commissioning Planner

For one of our customers in Belgium we are in search for a Commissioning Planner.

Vacature omschrijving Carry out planning and scheduling functions in accordance with clients' standards.
Job responsibilities are related to the Commissioning Team. Included are analysis and evaluation of proposed project execution, resource requirements and potential impacts to the overall construction and commissioning schedule.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Review commissioning project control system including planning, scheduling, and reporting/monitoring.

Plan and provide work direction as required for the preparation of planning and scheduling control systems and other practices to give Commissioning Managers means to evaluate and improve the efficiency of their project execution.

Provide staff guidance to Commissioning Managers in areas of planning and scheduling expertise by analysing and evaluating all pertinent data.

Review and approve the commissioning baseline schedule and the progress measurement system.

Discuss, coördinate, and resolve long term and short-term planning and scheduling problems with personnel throughout the Company and with contractor organizations. Act as a technical consultant when required.

Evaluate/validate the planning and progress information collected from the Commissioning Team and advise management of exceptions to the plan and potential corrective action and/or impact to the project.

Participate in commissioning schedule risk analysis when required.

Ensure contractor compliance with contractual and procedural planning and reporting requirements.

Review and evaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of planning and scheduling information collected from Commissioning Team. Advise of significant exceptions and recommend corrective actions.

Provide Commissioning Team input to the consolidated Project progress reports and schedules.

Collect lessons learned during execution to be reported in the project closure report.

Site Piping Engineer

For one of our customers in Belgium we are in search for a Site Piping Engineer.

Vacature omschrijving

Support the Engineering Manager in the performance of his/her duties, deputising as required.

Ensuring the facilities are designed, built and commissioned in compliance with all relevant statutory and project regulations.

Liaise closely with the EPC Contractor personnel at the Module Fabrication Yard(s) and Construction Site on all Piping Engineering matters, ensuring yard/field technical queries are resolved in a proper and timely manner.

Monitor all Piping Engineering design and procurement work performed by the EPC Contractors and other third party designers/vendors, providing oversight and guidance, ensuring that all work satisfies clients’ specifications and standards.

Ensure detailed review of all EPC Contractors’ and vendor systems, processes and procedures, including PEPs, Quality Plans, etc for Piping aspects.

Provide Piping Engineering input into the preparation, review and approval of Procurement procedures, the Project Supplier List, contractor/vendor pre-qualification, Purchase Requisitions, Invitations to Tender, etc.

Lead audits related to the Piping discipline of the EPC contractors and support audits from outside parties.

Support the QA Manager in resolving Piping Engineering non-conformances, concession requests, etc.

Support precommissioning and commissioning, etc. as required.

Manage the relevant interface(s) with stakeholders, ensuring the operations function is well prepared for eventual project ownership, including the timely handover of the agreed Piping Engineering deliverables to support training, operations and maintenance procedure development, Maintenance Management System population, etc.

Site Project Engineer

For one of our customers in Antwerp are in search for a Site Project Engineer.

Vacature omschrijving

Support the Site Project Manager, in the performance of his/her duties, deputising as required.

Work closely with the Execute contractor to ensure that all Project Engineering issues are properly resolved in a timely manner, that design changes are managed correctly, and that the facilities comply with all Project and statuatory requirements and Stakeholder expectations.

Monitor site construction work performed by the Execute Contractors and other third party designers/vendors/subcontractors, providing oversight and guidance, ensuring that all work satisfies the Project specifications and standards and meets or ideally is better than the project schedule and cost targets.

Oversee the work of the Document Controllers and the document flow from contractors, vendors, licensors and other stakenholders to the Project Delivery Team and vice versa to support the project progress and quality requirements.
